Great opportunity to work between city and Bush kitchens

I am currently a junior chef at Outlook safaris, I work period of 3 weeks between Johannesburg lodges and Kruger national parks camps, with outlook I have learned so many things like working with ought supervision and serve more than 30 people both 3 causes, I have also learned how to work under pressure

Pros: Teaches to work under pressure and be responsible for the intire kitchen since we'll in most cases I was working in the kitchen alone
Cons: Working all day everyday for 3weeks
