Excellent learning experience

i was on contract for 3 year's never been placed in a job i did work on ud trucks learnd alot but my pay was the same never got an increase i my job title was intern mechanic but i did an qualified mechanic job stand by worked on my own fill in job cards dit cof of trucks if learnd alot bout diesel i need

Excellent building blocks

Not very hard work, it's a lot of work but not impossible. Colleagues are always eager and willing to assist within my specific department. I have been exposed to asset and operation management which I have had not learned before coming here. Leave get's approved almost without question most of the time. My manager is quite an understanding and compassionate guy. Other department are not as eager to help you as your own. I mostly enjoy working in the electrical environment as I am now. The most challenging aspect of the job is working with the public and contractors. Another challenge is old habits that die hard. The company is quite fun and every now and than we have a wellness day for relaxation.

Solid Municipal SCM foundation laid for tactically and strategically

I am current entrusted with first line responsibility of providing SCM advice and strategic guidance to approximately 5 municipal directorates with all procurement requests. The core of my task is to ensure compliance prevail and specifically address departmental challenges. My responsibilities improved my stakeholder communication at professional level and my thinking capabilities in ensuring compliance and team effort.
