I have worked myself up from booto to top.

quality manager, check assembly processes and make sure that staff carry out job as prescribed on the specifications. I enjoy training staff. my co workers we are adapting to changes I have learned a lot about growth and development I enjoy solving problems and implementing new systems that help the company to work efficiently. most challenging aspect is working with people who are reluctant to change.
