My work day starts very early, this way I can manage my time better, I complete all my administration work then move to filing then I can start with contacting my clients and resolving any complaints that might occur. My co-workers is very helpful and we would help each other when we can to get the job done as our clients satisfaction and company profit, is what we strive for. I enjoy working with people and solving problems which almost happen daily in my kind of job. A challenge is when most of the staff is out of office and I have to cover many functions at once, but most of the time I can manage sticky situations.

Pros: I am always up for any challenge and enjoys growth and change.
Cons: Lack of communication

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy working and communicating with all the levels of management. My job entails working with all the aspects of the business, from internal controls audits to design of the policies and procedures Most challenging aspects is continuously updating my knowledge.

Pros: Great environment to grow and learn
Cons: lost of travelling and long hours
