Excellent learning curve

Went from safety officer to supervisor, handled numerous sites at the same time, ranging from small projects to large spread over Gauteng and other areas. Additional working hours are needed, deep end learning and communication skills achieved. Travelling is a necessity.

Pros: Gteat opportunity for promotion
Cons: very long working hours , long hours on the road
