A brand new challenge

Source new clients. Manage client relationships. Assess requirements and introduce cost saving strategies. Continuous Improvement strategies. This is a brand new company that is just starting up. A consulting company where I spend my time in client operations delivering as per their requirement. My excellent ability to work and understand different cultures is always a win win for me. I believe that the biggest asset in any company is it's people znd once clients understand this, it can turn their business around.
