Excellent learning curve

I am currently working as Mineral Tenure and Environmental specialist where I am responsible for compliance to all the environmental licenses and Records of Decision (RoD) for the company’s tire pyrolysis plant, cement plant and depot environmental application, prospecting rights, railway sidings and coal wash plant. I relate well with my co- workers as they are able to come tome for environmental and safety issues. I have learnt a lot as i came from consulting and here i'm implementing which are different but the two experiences compliment each other. I enjoy mostly to be given a challenging task that i need to find a solution for which means i have to read a lot. My current work is challenging because i'm the only person responsible for the environment and safety for the whole company and i have to travel a lot.

Very good Commercial know how and Contract Management abilities have been developed.

Excellent Opportunity to develop leadership capabilities with co created target setting and resource allocation. Believes in supervision less work culture with minimum interference and prescriptive job descriptions. Innovation and cost focused acumen are highly rewarded. Good exposure across the business verticals (Mining & Exploration, Cement, Recycling and Coal Trading).

Pros: Focused business objectives and deliverables
Cons: Structuring around individual roles is not stringent

ACCOUNTABILITY, RESELIANCE, PERSEVERENCE, COMMUNICATION SKILLS

I am currently employed at Osho Ventures as a Creditor’s Clerk responsible for creditors. I reconcile supplier accounts, prepare payments, responsible for centre petty cash and, monthly accruals and balance accrual account, paying suppliers timeously, follow up on outstanding invoices, load invoices on Fraxion for payment and ad hock accounting duties, verify assignments on the system, checking of AP vouchers, allocations, ensuring payments are done on time

Pros: EXPOSURE, LEARNING ALOT
Cons: PROBABILITY OF CAREER GROWTH IS MINIMAL, STRUCTURES

Excellent learning curve

I assign task to my team members and I have a very good work relations with my colleagues.I have learnt on how to solve problems of clients in a best way possible.I enjoy helping others and assist them in dealing with their problems.It is not challenging as I like it to be as I love challenge.

Cons: No room for growth
