OSHO GROUP OF COMPANIES Reviews

I enjoy challenges

A typical work day cannot be planned as we have various divisions which have different needs to be catered for. I may be asked to review and complete urgent applications or draft new contracts. I can also be asked to arrange and attend meetings with the Directors. I have a great relationship with co-workers. I am able to remain business minded when it comes to work yet have an understanding side as a fellow co-worker. I like encouraging and motivating workers.I have been exposed to various fields in the corporate industry. This is one of the most enjoyable experience. I am open to learning new things about businesses and practices. There is also a vast varieties of law to learn and experience. The most challenging aspect of the job would be to try an accomplish and manage a large work load. I assist departments with their tasks and it is challenging to get people working together as a team. But once we have accomplished our goal, I can look back and say it was worth it. Each day is different and exciting.

Pros: Loyal worker, trustworthy, ambitious, fast learner
Cons: Assisting others if even if I am busy. I will find a way to help people but don't believe its bad because I rather teach someone what is right instead of them doing it incorrectly, as I would thereafter need to rectify their mistake.

Osho its an oppoturnity learning curve because they groom their stuff.

working at Osho was the learning opportunity that one has to experience, people are very helpful and very team players as well.they give you opportunity to explore within the company.dealing with different people every day was what i enjoy because you learn different characters and it trained me to gain more confidence about dealing with different people, most challenging was when you had to answer an angry clients ,but because you are trained to deal with such things it was not that difficult because when the situation is like that ,you need to listen very carefully what upsets the clients.but for what is worth i enjoyed working with team Osho.

Pros: Osho its a group of companies that gives people oppoturnity to grow an they groom you ton become a better candidates if ever you would to leave the company one day.
Cons: at osho we never have to work long hours, its an 8-5 working environment.

My experience

The Group exposes you to different types of businesses. The knowledge and expertise gained is beneficial. You are also exposed to various industries and how they operate. I was also exposed to different industries and new businesses s The downside is there is no financial growth in the company. It's like thet cry to pay you your hard earned money. There are of the Managers dont know how to communicate with their staff and this leaves staff frustrated and they leave. Also the senior management make the junior staff do the work and take the credit for it. Once you have reached a project to established and operational status, they find a way to get rid of you from the company and hire a foreigner at a lower salary rate to take over your work. The co workers are good. The environment is that you are afraid to communicate with your colleagues even if you have built a friendship with someone, after they have left you are told not to communicate with them.

Pros: Great exposure for leaning about business and how it operates and how to make money
Cons: You work long hours or weekends and there are no overtime. The company finds ways to push people out of the company if they no longer require your service. You are made to feel down and depressed to the point of where you chose to leave but they make the working environment hard so that you have no choice. For example they will hire someone more experienced than you in your field and then say that this is your manager. The person starts doing work which you have been doing all along. Then slowly you see them take away work and responsibility and you are told that they can no longer employ you as the manager is doing everything and you are doing nothing.
