Trainer

Training Co-ordination (Room Bookings, projector, material and handout printing, compiling required documents and forms from learners) Marketing (visiting community centres and FET Colleges to sell training projects and request partnerships and arrange venue bookings) Facilicating training (IT, Entrepreneurship, Ready to work) Environment (Friendly, community based and giving back to staff and the community, self managed and innovative) Learning Experiences (to work with learners from school level up to pensioner level, leadership skills and independent working from the main manager, sourcing funding for the organisation, drafting MOUs with partners, cold calling on clients to sell training) I enjoy working with the community and the public in facilitation of the training and designing the training and activities to fit different types of learners The most challenging aspect of my job is making sure that funding targets are reached in our department

Pros: My work allows me to be innovative, independent and as long as I deliver the targets and there are no complaints from clients then my boss gets satisfied with my performance
Cons: Our company is small so the opportunity for growth is limited and also we are a funding based organisation, if the funding is not enough then it also threatens the positions of the staff in the company.

Good communication skills and I adapt fast to any environment

I have the relevant qualifications for the post. This will be accompanied by my skills such as good administrative skills, computer skills, planning and organizing skills, communication skills, interpersonal relations, filling skills, problem solving skills. I have good attitude, young, willing to learn more and easy to adapt. I am someone who does not stop acquiring the necessary knowledge and experience required to perform any task. I am a self starter, hardworking and capable of tackle every task with my heart energy & talent. I understand the Batho Pele Principles.
