I know a lot of places in Gauteng and places near Gauteng

-I do door to door deliveries for Aramex,world net and GPX around East and. -My relationship with my co-workers is great cause we get along cause we know what we here to do which is worknown cause one cannot work without the other,we carry heavy boxes and parcels. -Learning how to work with different people everyday which is challenging sometimes cause customers fight you for things that are out of your control so you have to be patient and humble. -I feel like I was born to drive. I get to see a lot of places that I didn't even know we had here in Gauteng. I know a lot of places my job takes me to far places.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth..
Cons: Working long hours.

Different diversity and culture

at Orion Logistics it in a typical day at work just like any other working place. My relationship with the co-workers was professional and kept it simple. As the group of people I had to manage was with different culture and diverse group. I had to to be strong minded and manage them with a a strong set of gloves. I have learnt to work with them instead of against them as that made the team more efficient. to be on the floor with them then only to delegate. The most challenging aspect was the strong opinionated group of staff where I had to be turf and stern with them. with all those challenges i loved my job and the people i worked with and the company i was with. with great disappointment there was a take over where it left staff to be retrenched.

Company Take over

Well, I have great respect for the company’s. I would welcome the opportunity to work with the best in the business. At the same time, I have friends in the industry who works in the company’s best respect and we create a great environment for rewarding innovation. I think there is a proactive style which fits in really well — especially in my particular role.”
