Technical wise i have learnt a lot

We normally have hectic days during the beginning of the year. People come in the in their numbers to get help typing their CVs and some other documents. We do not have a specific hectic day but since we depend on customers. I personally have a god working relationship with my colleague. I am one person who knows and does her job nicely most of the time so as i know my purpose in this small company i have no problem with nobody at all times. I have learnt a lot technical wise. I came here with no idea of using a computer but today i can do a,b and c more like a qualified trained person. I enjoy my everyday access of internet. Dealing with customers is never an easy thing but you have to be strong and deliver as expected all the time.

Pros: Not possible with my current company
Cons: I work seven days in a week.

It was a great start to

if was a shop with i worked alone it had no other employees but i got along with my customers improved customer service, learned more about computers and admin work. i enjoyed interacting with different people and the most challenging th8ing about it was just like any starting business the dark days where it became quite.

Pros: ability to promote myself
Cons: long hours
