Saving the Environment

Working at a waste managemnt company is exciting, and ever changing, with a great demand on knowledge, often requiring learning new facets of the business. Controlling staff and departments requires accounting, business and cognitive challenges, that are often required to make a profit from waste. I have learnt a huge amount, from running a business, to staff relationships, and how to inspire people around me. I love saving the environment, so my heart and passion are in this, but I cannot survive or grow further on what I am currently paid, and it is quite demotivating

Pros: Saving the environment, learning new treatments and diversions
Cons: Terrible salary not allowing me to study further

Excellent learning curve but alot of personal politics and favouratism

Work is tough, demanding and ever-chaning, And responsibility os delegated at want I have learnt alot, but do not enjoy this anymore Most challenging is having a aloof, self absorbed regional manager who cannot begin to even spell responsibility and leadership

Pros: Challenging
Cons: Idiots that work here
