My job involve too much talking on the phone and working on the computer. I get to the office in the morning and start my day by replying to emails and answer incoming calls in between . After that I do some data capturing and update some information on database. Some of the queries that I get on emails involve sending promotional material by courier, track and trace them. As we are a small office of 8 people working in the office we all get along and work well as a team and individually. I learn a lot about organ donation because when I started there 6 years ago I knew nothing about it. I enjoy education people about organ donation and the fact that what we do save lives. The challenges I'm facing is dealing with difficult callers and working overtime sometimes.
