Exposure to challenges everyday

It is challenging to be a hub controller. There is no day where you don't encounter a challenge. The office environment is good, the fellow employees are great team players. We are a family at Orderin. The long hours can be draining, mentally and physically.

Pros: Team work is great and office environment is chilled
Cons: Long hours, weekend and public holidays are worked

Excellent learning curve, indeed

Although the environment amongst peers is excellent, a company should take care of their people. The hours are ridiculous and unnecessary as customers stop ordering food at about 21h00 because most restaurants close at 22h00, employees are liable to stay until 23h00 for the sake of an “Incident” occurring. There are no benefits and nor are there any code of conducts.

Pros: Fun co workers
Cons: Long hours, Unnecessary work, Underpay, Not interested in helping employees
