I have learned so much regarding NGO world and have enjoyed my stay at the company

People are great but executives do not promote very company culture, staff is not encouraged to use their initiative. The environment is very frustrating at times as there no clear directions given and last minute deadlines

Pros: Great work done by the company to help the communities
Cons: Short staffed and excessive working hours
