Learnt how to configure Cisco Switches

COVER LETTER As a student from Boston City Campus and Torque IT, with qualifications of A+, MCP, MCSA Windows 8.1, I have worked for several IT companies such as ACRONET, Bytes Technology Group and Mweb. These placements have enabled me to develop not only specific Desktop and Network Support Technician experience, but also a valuable and transferable skills such as utilising excellent communication skills. During placement with ACRONET, working as a Desktop Technician, I also developed a successful working relationships with both ACRONET and their external clients. I participated in group project meetings with a great enthusiasm, which I did the same with Mweb. I also won an award as an outstanding Desktop Support Technician. My aim is to bring strategic value and develop current skillset further.

Pros: Making a positive difference among other employees creating a progress in our environment.
Cons: Unresolved obstacles which turn to feel as a point of failure.

Pros: Gained a good relationship between Neotel clients. Reaching the maximum Installation target everyday.
Cons: No growth.. and no opportunities. Doing the same thing everyday.
