I am responsible for the Limpopo province as a whole,whixh is good opportunity to learn and to know areas outside my town .the opportunity presented in the company it's exciting and challenging,I find it that am competitive in any job I will be applying.

Very Racist Gauteng regional sales manager.

The regional sales manager of Gauteng is the weak link. Nepotism, racism and just weak management decisions in made on a daily basis. “If it doesn’t work we just change it is not a sales strategy but still rules sales manager’s decision making process. Lovely company to work for but the regional sales manager’s double standards regarding certain team members and company policies are atrocious.

Pros: Paid on time.
Cons: Very white top management structure. Nepotism in JHB team.

Nobody banned Our spirit

Working at orange river cellars was a huge blessing they aimed at using young individuals and never turning them away due to no experience a lot of current work opportunities require experience but no company is willing to actually give it its just expected to have it. the staff up until top management are extremely encouraging. during the eon again off again alcohol ban WE SUPPORTED ONE ANOTHER SO ALTHOUGH WE HAD NO JOB OUR SPIRIT REAMINED POSITIVE. i am truly grateful for being given the opportunity to jumpstart my carer at Orange River Cellars.

Pros: Staff are so friendly and helpful up until management
Cons: long working hours
