Good

At least the previous company I worked gave me experience but the management treatment to us was very bad. Even though the relationship to our co workers was good and no criticism and discrimination between them except for the management.

Multi functionalities

Being Branch Manager, gained valuable experience in not only driving sales for the region, but the logistics in route to market managing 48 drivers and assistants, night shifts, loading and routing to market on time balancing loads, managing maintenance of premises, office staff and a total staff compliment of 180 members, valuable experience gained in all fields.

Excellent learning cuve

Checking and receiving stock. Loading and picking stock. Doing the orders for the following day. Booking back the stock that is returned by the costumers.
