Learning curve and exposure to HR and technology

Working for Oracle is a great experience, especially when we meet and come up with solutions to help our customers. It is a great open plan office, and everyone is willing to help and give their thought, every opinion is valued. Willingness to corporate and provide feedback. I have learnt a lot particularly about the solutions that are provided and how important it is to come up with solutions that based on best practices. What I enjoy most is the innovation meeting we have and preparing for a presentation. To show the wow factors of our solution and how what we created can help the client have a better working experience.

The ever beat way of learning to be an asset during hard times

I I am young dynamic individual, who is dedicated about his work who accomodate everyone. I have learnt so much in few years , being able to work hnder pressure in a hard times was one of my best learning(Covid) as was working from home. I enjoy working in a challenging environment where i will always learn everyday everytime. My job makes me fell in love with due to the challenges that i get used to come across especially during trouble shooting of production errors

Pros: I always need to grow and willingly to take any coming up challenge along my way
Cons: I dont have problem with working hard, as long as has to do with work being done have all my time on it.

Typical day at work

My typical work every day is engaging with employees and managers in order to advise them on processes, policies and procedures and also dealing a lot with ER cases such as grievances and perfomance management, disciplinary hearings, CCMA and looking after skills development for the company. I enjoy what i do as it keeps me on my toes and making a difference in people's lives motivates me to work harder and always thriving to be a better HR person.
