I started here as a sales person and between 8 :00 - 15:00 reception I then was moved to run administration in the technical department this was a learning curve as I really can say i learnt a lot - invoicing out job cards on pastel from technicians phoning and booking appointments opening and closing of job cards on Listener. I then was given full debtors to do for the company, I then was given creditors to do and full HR department to run and also then given Payroll to do. Currently the only duties i do not do is the technical department as they now have someone for that position. I do feel that i do carry out a lot of work as each one is one person positions and feel my salary does not justify the work I do.

Pros: would love to be given management position with Salary
Cons: I already carry out so many positions and salary has not gone up to what it should be.

Learnt alot

I work really hard no matter what I am given I do it to the best i can. I just feel sometimes because I work so hard and can catch on very quick to any work given it is just pilled onto me as they know it will be done accurate and I never complain I will work the best manner possible.

Pros: That a promotion is in the cards
Cons: All hard work never pays off
