I LIKE TAKING ON NEW CHALLENGES AND WORK IN A TEAM BECAUSE A TEAMWORK CREATES A DREAM WORK.

Hi i am Justin.I am a young adult at the age of 21.I am everyday on the internet seeking for jobs.I do a lot of job hunting on the internet for a code 8 or code 10 driver job. I am a Young,Trustworthy,Reliable,Hard working,Respectful,Honest,Talkative worker that can work under pressure even without supervision and that take full responsibility for my actions.I don't drink neither do I do parties that's not how I see myself enjoying my life.I like meeting new people,i am a friendly person,I respect any person in a workplace because respect comes first..I hope my message will reach out to any recruiter/companies and that I am not judged by my age. Pros: Their is alot of promotions in this job you can open your own business,by first building up expierence in this kinda job and becoming a technition so that you know how an aircon works and what it benifits are.First you start of as an assistant to the technition so that you learn a few things and afterwards you will go on a free run abd when they see you ready you get a company vehicle and you get an increase.
Cons: I worked very long hours.My normal hours was 7:30 -4:30 but if we had work to do on different sites we worked till 8:00 - 9:00 and their was no problem in working these hours even weekends we worked for a hole month without taking a break.

Deeper insight into the industry

I have learned a lot about the industry but I have also learned that people who are good at what they do don't usually run a company the way it should be run financially, morally etc.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Having to be the escape goat for the boss
