Excellent Learning Curve

A typical work day include opening up the office, making sure all processes are fully functioning for the day and administering work to two staff members then managing the office and finally locking up at the end of the day. I have a professional good working relationship with all staff members. I enjoy being at the centre of the organisation as I am able to foresee possible issues and work together with the relevant person to avoid or resolve it. I am also in a prime position to make sure work flows smoothly and uneventfully. The most challenging aspect of my job is getting work done as efficiently as possible in order to meet compliance deadlines. I have a learnt leadership skills as well as the ability to liaise directly with clients and colleagues. I have learnt to lead a small group of individuals. I have also learned the value of multitasking and professionalism in the working environment.

Cons: Little or no room for growth and promotion

The beginning of the professional journey

It has been a great opportunity to understand the fundamentals of being a professional accountant by going through different possible challenges that are normaly face by accountants in the work place and how they motivated me in migitating risks that leads into descripences
