An excellent opportunity to uplift my skills

It was a great opportunity for me to grow & uplift my skills and capability by obtaining more responsibilities. I started as QA/Environmental Manager and after 2 years promoted to a SHEQ Coordinator. With my interest in everything about the company i was able to acquire that position, and now I’m involved in all aspect of the business. I have learned a lot from the company, how to work with people from higher level to the lowest. I’m compassionate about quality, I believe the core success of the company should be based on the client satisfaction all the time. Every plan, strategy should be based on the requirements of our clientele and also statutory requirements of course. I enjoyed the daily challenges and interactions with clients in meetings. I mostly loved when we won tenders, as I knew it was not only an achievement for the company but for myself.
