Gained a lot of experience

The company is mostly run by family members , In my typical work day we go to site and gather important data and taking of pictures after we capture it and do Valuation the Manager then checks the valuation . We worked in teams eg we were doing Valuations for Commercial properties others Agriculture . I enjoyed most when we were doing calculations for Valuations .

Pros: Great opportunity for entry into the real estate industry
Cons: Not enough exposrure , and reponsibitities

Excellet learning experience

it is very excitng, always learning something new. its quite exciting to ork with Opti property consultants staff as the are a good team to work with and they have a good culture with the indutry. Management is all telling us abbout opportunities that may arise within the company they also advise us to study further. working long hours is also beneficial because of the over time hours. I enjoy working withing the company because administration is my expertise.
