Not a good company to work for

The company does not have a career plan or management drive. The challenge was working on a lot of projects at the same time while dealing with staff that was replaced regularly. I have learned to pay attention regarding client communication to get software client requirements also learned that project management is very important. I have learned that one needs to have a good focus when working on multiple clients The most challenging aspect to the job was dealing with upper management that does not care a bought the staff and dealing with their unfair treatment.

Pros: Developers is nice to work with
Cons: Bad company culture from top management

Experience gained

I am experienced in all software offerings. Liaise with developers to deliver requirements, testing, implementation, support and provide training for software and features delivered. Customer relationships built and trusted and reliable. I enjoy seeing my work come to fruition.

Pros: Good salary. Flexibility. No micro managment.
Cons: Stress. Project based long hours. No bonus structure.
