Team worker, dedication and Innovative

Working at my company was the best,you spend the day helping customers with vouchers and explain to them how it works. We had a good relationship at the work place because we were working as a team and motivate each other to work hard. I've learnt a lot about working with people that communication is so vital,and that company's should hire people that are dedicated it's unprofessional to find an employee doing nothing during working hours. I enjoyed doing my job it took me out of stress and I realized that when you do your job you have to be happy and have a smile on your face by doing so you will help customers with pride. Most challenging aspects of the job is when you don't help each other as a team,you end up doing wrong things and there's no one that can help you.Secondly when customers are not interested in what you are telling them and hung up their phones. Dealing with a bullying collegue with ego.

Excellent working environment

Opinex is a dynamic company with good working ethics, excellent work culture, transparency with great organization within the company. Our different campaign allows employee to gain extensive knowledge within different sectors, challenges us to keep growing, moulds and teaches us to give off excellent customer service, work analytical and accurately under pressure, adapting postively to changes and show professionalism at all time. Employees are valued with a great line of team management to floor management.
