A great learning curve

A great company to work for and a good teacher. Great colleques and everyone work well together as a team. No challenging aspect. Enjoyed working with everyone I worked with in all the departments and have learned a lot especially in an open plan environment.

Pros: theres room for improvement and a learning curve
Cons: no overtime compensation in the form of extra pay o off days

Excellent learning curve indeed.

My Afrikaans has become good with the time I've worked at the company, I have a good relationships with co-workers. I have learned a lot about agriculture in the farming aspect and I enjoy the core part of my work which is the Social Economic Development and Enterprise Development, where you work with the community and farmers, because I love working with people. I enjoy the fact that I am an agribee clerk, but I also work with Vodacom spend manager, customer care and do ad hock duties for the admin department, liaison department and clothing department and I never say no when they give me work, because I like the fact that it is challenging and challenges is my middle name.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Medical aid and salary
