I start work at 7am while having breakfast I will scan through all my emails, as I work with a lot of International Investors who mail me during the late evenings. Once I get to work I start with my follow ups to the BANKS and there after following up with my clients on outstanding documents/information required regarding their bond submissions. Once my follow ups have been prioritized - I would start with my submissions online to all banks. Dealing with an estimate of 10 applications per day which each require at least 30 minutes of my time. I enjoy the the challenge of the job - my clientele are high income earners, mostly self-employed applicants and international investors. I have learnt that determination, motivation and persistence DOES pay off. The most challenging aspects of the job are understanding client's financial situations especially if Trusts, and any legal entities are involved, and motivating it to the banks.

Excellent growth

Ergonomically, the environment is generally positive with great amenities which include a mezzanine with access to rooftop, cafeteria, library. Relationships built with colleagues are lifetime friendships and great to work alongside experts within their fields. What I enjoyed most about working there is a ability to fail safely, learn from it and move on. The most challenging aspects is that Management in different business areas still seem to be disjointed. I feel that the company's implementation of some technologies now are not as pioneering as in previous years

Excellent experiences

following up on submitted applications by the banks via telephone delegating information thru to the relevant consultants . assisting with pre qualifications providing feedback to clients and agents capturing and submitting new applications building of relationships with agents and property buyers are essential . seeking out suitable financing for the purchasers please contact me on 011 435-6490

Excellent learning curve

Working at Ooba has been an amazing learning curve, different to Short term insurance. Learning so much about bonds, attorneys, rates, bond insurance. The one thing I enjoy most is dealing with the bond consultants on a daily basis. The most challenging aspect of the job is making sure that the clients is insured correctly and that the documents are submitted to the attorneys in order for the clients bond to be registered.

Excellent learning cures and challenges each day.

Constantly learning new things about the industry each day. One can never know everything or too much. Sales and target driven environments are my forte. Each deal is different which means they can be very challenging. No two deals are the same.

Hard and smart working

Strong work ethic and very productive/ results driven. Keeps one busy at all times. Good culture. Lack of proper management is an area of concern. But overall a decent working place.

Great opportunity to learn new things everyday

A great Company, but no benefits though. Lovely people to work with and a great Boss. I learn a lot everyday, everyday is different. Get to meet new people like the estate Agents and walk in clients as well. Most challenging aspects are having to type data very accurately, figures also needs to be accurate, while having to attend to walk in clients and also answer the switchboard as well.
