With a proven track record of working for 19 years in the FMCG Retail environment and 5 years in the Pharmaceutical Retail environment, I have acquired the ability to optimize business and team potentials to contribute positively to any organization. This skill makes me individually different. Whilst achieving goals and delivering the highest standards which these industries demand, I am able to build and maintain relationships with customers and staff which creates an environment for success. As a motivated individual that can work independently or in a team environment I would describe myself as confident, efficient, a strong willed go getter who is organized and disciplined with the ability to work well under pressure. The skills I have acquired over the period of working in a competitive environment are what allows me to embrace who I am and where I am going in life. I consider myself an asset to any organization

Excellent learning experience

I have worked in retail and for eight years and have been in management for five years. I have earned a huge experience in people management, and I staff training and development.

Basic day

I currently cover from Umlazi to Margate . I supervise three merchandiser under me When I enter the store I do a floor walk with my merchandiser I correct him in his faults and if possible work with him to complete the store.. Once that is done I assist the store in return either uplift or send authorisation I cover +- 3500km in a month . It's enjoyable in the management side of it but with the salary iam seeing It get difficult,as it's not enough. I wish to expand in what Iam currently studying, and expand from there.
