Excellent learning curve

I am a self-motivated person who believes in team work. I worked with the top chef’s in 5* Hotels in and around Durban, gaining skills of the western cuisine dishes e.g. Mexican, Portuguese, Brazilian, Asian, Indian (Bombay, Mumbai, Bangladesh and Mediterranean) and Italian cuisine

I am a self-motivated person who believes in team work. I worked with the top chef’s in 5* Hotels in and around Durban, gaining skills of the western cuisine dishes e.g. Mexican, Portuguese, Brazilian, Asian, Indian (Bombay, Mumbai, Bangladesh and Mediterranean) and Italian cuisine. I’ve started my career as a private chef and hosted a small private wedding for the Daughter of the President of Mozambique early 2009. I am passionate about food, I always love to explore learn and twist the Modern recipes.
