This is a great working experience for me,i am looking for a job or admin position that can pay well and grow with and that provides benefits. There is potential to grow within the company only as a agent.

Pros: Great opportunity for agents to earn extra.
Cons: Salary is low

Entering the Sales world

I enjoy my current position due to the interaction with a broad range of clients.I have a balance of in the office and out in the field which means that one is not office bound.I have good relationship with all co-workers and we can connect on many levels.I have learned that all people are different and have different needs , outlooks and values and in my current position my job is to bring these requirements together which makes it very rewarding.The most challenging aspect of my current position is to source new properties at the market related prices.

Pros: The sky is the limit when you get your foot in the door with sales
Cons: Financial planning due to commission based salary

I have learned a lot about working in the office and working with clients and member of public

I am an excellent fast learner and like challenges. I am comfortable working with a team and also working alone, I have leaned to work with a team as an agent, most of all I've learned tolerance, patience and understanding and excepting things they way they are if you can't them

Pros: I have a great chance of being permanent still on probation
Cons: I often work extra hours
