Management Tasks: • Manage both the Online Direct and 247 Online support teams • Schedule staff shifts • Ensure customer satisfaction • Document new procedures and processors • Update the knowledge base for engineers • Check that preferred network providers adhere to the SLAs • Monitor staff’s response on tickets • Send clients outage reports • Update MD of all urgent Support requests • Manage the Change Control process with the Technical Manager • Performance management • Escalate outages to the Technical Manager and MD • Escalate with upstream providers • Ensure that the team performs to satisfy client’s support requests. • Monitor staff’s SLAs on ticketing • Attend Manco meetings with the management team • Manage client’s expectations
