Oneplan is a very nice company to work for, a short term insurance company that deals with Health, pets, car and household insurance. I have been with the company for 6 months now. It was my first time working under short term and I have a very nice experience in terms of learning what it is all about. I have find colleagues very helpful to my new environment and they assist with whatever I needed. I have learnt a lot regarding short term insurance more especially on Health insurance since it was the first time on the industry. What I enjoy most is the fact that I am dealing with different people and get to learn about medical aids and health insurance. The most challenging aspect about my daily job is falling to offer client suitable cover as it is like a failure to me for not being able to provide cover for client and meeting deadlines.

Is a good company to work for

Oneplan doesn't pay commission and the basic stays the same Oneplan treat their staff fairly but not good Sales consultant are not being paid the commission Their staff are not happy because of working hours and shifts
