I am a 34 years old hard working woman,i work well under pressure as proven in my current QA position,i am a team player but also work well on my own.i take pride in my work and always ensure i deliver quality work however i also understand the importance of meeting dead line s ,so i always deliver my work on time. I enjoy working with a team that offers support but however enables one to grow on their own.if given this opportuinity i will bring my expertise and also an open might to learn new ideas.

Excellent learning curve
I am a team player but also work well on my own.i am always open to learning and take pride in my work.i love getting things right the first time.if given the opportunity opportunity not only will i bring my expertise but i am open to learning.i can adapt easily to any work enviroment.

I assisted customers with holiday reservation including hotel reservations
I matriculated the year 2009/2010 at Stactherines. I reside in Germiston. My first exposure to employment was at a local "My Spar", I operated as a casher then promoted to an entry supervisor then to operate as a merchandizer managing the intake of stock. I then operated as a Call centre agent for various companies which entailed sales of credit cards, I sold short term health insurance & pet insurance. I have developed quality customer centricity. Currently I operate as a customer contact agent assist customers with holiday reservations and assisting UK based customers with reservations under the TUI Holidays campaigned. I have a pastel accounting & booking certificate, with enables me to do basic credit & debtors control accounts, financial accounts and trial balancing. I am a hard working self motivated individual.

Enjoyed the working experience

Great experience and wonderful team to work with
Working at Oneplan was a great experience in life. The environment taught me a lot. When you down and out, the team would make you forget about the troubles and stress you came with from home. The place was like home in another city. A busy and cool at the same time place. We showed love towards one another even on the toughest days in sales. Sales is not easy. You just need to make it work some how.

I'm team player and always enjoyed working in teams as I am a target driven individual.
In my current post I'm dealing with clients with different service related queries which includes old and new clients that come to book. In my past post i have been in Team leading position managing teams from 10 - 30 people.

Hi there, I handle majority of our social media platforms making it a pressurised environment
I handle out 4 Facebook pages, 3 Instagram accounts, 3 Twitter accounts, Google review, Google Play Reviews, YouTube page, LinkedIn account and ComplaintsBoard. Working alone on all these social media accounts tends to be pressurising as it's the brands reputation at stake however they need their performers handle these platforms due to lack of staff and with the influx of interactions across all platforms is a lot hence them putting me on it.
Pros: Growing in the business and forming close bonds with my team leader and manager
Cons: Very pressurized considering what I do and the amount of work load for only one person to handle whilst still assisting other departments who need my help when there's a crisis.

Great.
The company is great. People are friendly and the insurance product is affordable which is amazing. Oneplan offers health insurance, car insurance and also pet insurance.
