My life at the biggest Fashion Retailer in South Africa

I'm the only Snr Ops support Specialist in my company + based at TFG who handle all their telephony projects for SA + International sites. In the past 11 years the work load has 3 folded and I still manage it over and above aiding store faults and resolving them. Interacting with clients all over the world, cultures + language challenges are eye opening but easily achieved. I often worked late nights due to time zones between countries but did this as doing a job right the 1st time and not giving up and striving for excellence is my passion and drive. My co-workers call me Gogo, + having the vast knowledge helps. I don't believe in job hopping and have only had 3 jobs in my career. Honest, integrity and ethics are highly regarded by me and giving my all my motto in life.

My passion is people + targets learning. I need a challenge and have 30 years of knowledge to share

Nobody is too old to learn. All deserve a fair chance and should be given every opportunity especially if i always gave 150% all the time and extra hours without payment as it was my passion.
