My day in a nutshell - Where do I start, A quick cuppa coffee in the canteen and catch up sesh with the colleagues, we do catch up throughout the day, this is vital so we all stay up to date with what's happening in the various department, workwise, focus. ?? I then head over to my desk, to check for any payment queries and reorders that need to be placed, while at the same time attending to any irate customers via Twitter, Insta and Facebook. Challenges are what gets me going, so I love having to juggle the various tasks I am faced with. One could say, I get a rush from it. Our company is growing from the baby it was when I started to a fully-fledged teenager, and with that comes loads of drama and hormones, but that's what helps me grow daily. In e-commerce, as I am sure you know by now, every day is different, we can go from 0-100 in under a second. There are loads more I could say and that I would like to say but I am sure we'll get to that once we meet. ??

Cons: No ttransparency and growth

Onedayonly improved my skills, such as good communication skills, planning & organising and the ability to work in a team environment. I have fluent spoken and written English.

Pros: Got promoted from being a returns clerk.
Cons: Working over-time almost everyday.
