we work monday to Saturday. on Saturday its half day.its very nice to work here at onecell but you'll always feel lonely when there are no customers, because at every branch its only one sales consultant so that means m always alone in this branch. what I love most is that I manage my self so i dnt have anyone who orders me around but my work is always on point,punctual, up to date and very well done. but its very challenging when u having many customers at one point, you have to make sure that every one leaves happy.and again when its lucnh time we have to close the shop and go to lunch it look very bad to leave a customer there so I eat while assisting customer.I actually do everything by myself here.. the working relationship with my co-workers is very nice We have good communication and we understand each other.. so onecell for me its a very good company especially when u not used to working too hard.

No growth

there was a poor working environment based on loses for the company as it was was on the verge of being sold . i have learnt to always be focused , meet my deadlines , service my clients and not let what the company issues affect my performance. i have gain a lot of skills , in customer service as well as leadership skills. the most challenging aspect was attending to difficulty clients queries i enjoyed working with people of different cultures and races

Excellent learning curve

due to the competition in regard to the companies selling the same product it has be a roller cost as the company has retrenched twice in the past two years , communication and sharing ideas with co-workers has kept us going and kept the company going up to now i have learnt a lot in this past years with the company , how to listen to all clients complaints , advice and all related issues for the clients , my sells experience has improved significant as i can archive all targents given to me , the most part that i enjoyed was to share my ideas with management and those i ideas were taken into consideration the most challenging aspects for the job is to take a dissension for the staff if you were to call her /him for hearing

Good

due to competitions the company has lost a lot of clients , well working conditions hasn't changed much but the staff can see that the future with the company is not guaranteed , i have learnt to appreciate every moment i have working for the company cause for that it made a big difference to my co-workers, the most challenging aspects of the job was if you have to attend a difficult clients that doesn't want to understand the issue in hand and he /she want the problem solved on his/her way
