Working at my company groomed me as my first job. It gave me excellent experience and led me to the dedicated, hardworking woman that I am. It gave great perspective and aspirations to do better. My boss encouraged to grow as people even outside the work space. He encouraged us to save and treat work with respect. Today I am who I am because of working for the boss that I had. I am grateful because now I am disciplined at work and can respect all co workers.

Execllent growth

Working for the motor spares was an excellent learning curve as my first official job. I enjoyed doing work each day. My boss made the working environment easy for us and he was a. Excellent leader. We all lokked up to him as a father and a boss. He was strict at work that's is why I reached my full potential doing my work. We respect each other as co workers and we work as a team. As a student I had to leave to further my studies therefore I am now looking for a job to afford certain things.
