Just a learning curve

I've gained the experience I've needed but unfortunately here is no room for growth, no room for immediate growth staggers chances of a decent salary increase, I have a wife and kids, I want to further my career with more established company who is able to pay a decent salary at the end of the day

Excellent learning curv

ILWork well within a team and individually. Learnt the accounts department well from debtors to creditors. Extremely busy environment which I enjoy Work well within a team and individually. Learnt the accounts department well from debtors to creditors. Extremely busy environment which I enjoy thoroughly. Everyone works well together. Challenging aspect is that it's a family business and complications arose which was dealt with accordingly.

Cons: Laziness
