Previously employed at one plan health insurance. A great company for growth and learning

One plan health insurance taught me how to carry myself I a work environment. It is a good company doing sales. I gave grown so much that I believe I am ready to go look for better opportunities

Learning curve

I enjoy every minute in the company. I have learn a lot with health and safety and quality management processes. My relationship with all my team members is good. respect and integrity that what keep the team solid. One Plan Health Insurance is a good company that provide good service for coworkers and clients. The most challenging with our working environment is that it is a forever changing environment and one should always be on top of the game. Flexibility is the most vital requirement one should have to survive in such environment. What I enjoy mostly in the company is being flexible.

Great experience

Great working space highly professional and corporate, people skills and leadership trainingband opportunities to lead. Always enjoyed meetings with the executives of the company to explain dome decisions and address our concerns and questions. The most challenging but fascinating is being tasked with pilot projects in new products and ensuring inroads to the market working together with Product developers marketing team and new business

Assessing calls and giving feedback to agents,I have learnt that when you do your work you have to it with quality and not only focus on the quantity of assessments assigned to you for the day.
