Receptionist/finance

I have worked in many different companies as my CV will indicate.I am trustworthy ,reliable,always willing to learn.I enjoy working in a team or by myself.I have received good reviews not only from my manager but also from the branch manager in regards to my work ethics.I enjoy a challenge and can adapt very easily. I capture recons for payments received the day before.I assist in the cash office as a cashier.I meet and greet clients everyday.I arrange the boardroom for meetings.I see to stationary requirements.I assist my manager with his daily duties when he needs me.I am like a councillor as all the staff would first come to me with their issues before taking it to management.I capture weekly working hours for the staff.I capture leave for the staff.The most challenging it keeping my work up to date and assisting in the cash office.

Pros: It is a Media company and we have access the latest happenings in Gauteng.
Cons: I am not permanent and really need a permanent job.

I m a fast learn and pride in my work

I m have more relationship with my workers i respect my colleagues and leaders do my work on time. i have learn how to work as a team and do not undermine someone opinion. we respect each other no one one to be big boss when we are working. To dispense more stock in all day it make me to recording many things and check if the shipped correct stock and go to right customer

Like to learn more

I work with invoices, I receive invoices from a driver after delivering magazines. I scrutinise the invoice to see what was received and what was refused, then I give credit to what the customer refused and I punch every information on SAP system. then I scan the invoices so that people at the head office can pick up the information. communicate with the customers regarding the magazines that they have refused and also with the driver. work well with my colleagues and better as team work, I'm a fast learner and can work under pressure

Pros: want to expand my horizen have more growth
Cons: long hours, mostly i dont have the exact time to knock off

ADMINISTRATION CLERK : MEDIA 24 t/a ON THE DOT APRIL 2012 – TILL TODAY  Passing Debit and Credits when requested according to procedure  Rectify any POD and or GRV number on the system (SAP) if necessary  Link all invoice not linked to ensure status is correct as applied  Control that all invoice and credit notes are signed by all required party  Relay and credit notes according to procedure  Reconcile the invoice with the POD ( proof of purchase) and the collection note with claim  In charge of TBS(controlling shortages for route personnel and contractors)  I also worked with cash book as a clerk IN HOUSE TRAINING  SAP TRAINING  CYCAD  SIR MAIN FRAIM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS  High level of integrity  Strong customer service orientation  Good communication skills and well spoken  Intermediate Computer skills  Pay good attention to details  Administration skills  Ability to take accountability

I willing to take that position

Iam a person who looking a organisation that can slow me to grow up an add a valua to that company.as I'm qualify/experience in driving and working with management and client regarding to the duties I will work under pressure covering overtime and rush hour I like a job for messenger and I enjoy it.

Excellent learning curve in terms of developing people skills

A typical work day consist of the stores you need to visit for the day to be merchandiser. My relationship with my co-workers is a fairly good. What I enjoy the most is having to work on my own there's very little micromanaging from our offices. I have learnt a lot about having people skills having to talk to different people on a everyday basis teaches one how to be adaptable to certain environments and situations

Hard Worker and Willing to Learn More

Im a hard worker always willing to learn more and give my best ,im currently unemployed and i would really like to work as Area Manager. I have been in the Media Industry for 10 years for logistics and Managing workers
