A typical day would be: - review emails and identify levels of importance - prioritise emails and attend to urgent items first - check meetings for the day and prepare if necessary - check in with colleagues if assistance is needed with workload - learnt to treat all colleagues with respect no matter what their level - enjoy variety and interaction with colleagues - most challenging is dealing with difficult clients and ensuring that their needs are met irrespective of the demands - before leaving for the day, review calendar to ensure that any important meetings taking place first thing in the morning, are adequately prepared for

Pros: Great experience gained servicing large corporates
Cons: Each client is different and has very different demands. This has to be managed with extreme sensitivity and maturity.
