The challenge was worth my while

Each day is a challenge as there is always something new to learn. Being on construction you have to be open to changes constantly during the day. As a team we have to face these challenges and come up with a positive resolution. I have learned a bit about Sub stations in whole and the daily dangers they hide, Everyone thinks it is just supplying power but there are a lot of hidden dangers. I have learned to work under severe pressure and to execute the challenges with success. I mostly enjoyed to obtain the knowledge of 100% compliance. The most challenging aspect of the job is the huge amount of paperwork and still loading the data on a system while you have so much more responsibilities to adhere to.

Pros: More knowledge regarding Power and Energy supply
Cons: Incompetent management from time to time

Dynamic challenge

I am looking for a different and dynamic challenge . Having worked over 10 years in life industry in various roles including risk management , compliance, taxation and led specialist. I am a peoples person and understand people dynamics and how to navigate. This is a different environment and believe it provide an opportunity to grow within the company.

Pros: It is a dynamic but continually changing environment . It offers better opportunity for growth.
Cons: Need a very strong minded person as the environment can be stressful as one deals with human capital as well as relational capital.
