I started as an cleaner at this company and i work my way up to stock controller

my typical work day is like follow; i come in i start printing stock sheets and debtorlist and the outstanding order list and i go through them, i answer mails book out reg doc's and books and keys of vehicles. i put vehicles on Absa and wesbank floorplans i see that the amh list are paid regulary so that there is an flow in reg doc's i order stationary and update information on the automate system when needed. I load new vehicles on the Automate system and invoice vehicles as needed. my relationship with my co workers i think is tricky because they like to gossip and i dont when i am at work i work i do not badmouth people or gossip about them i have learn that you must have a thick skin in the vehicle bussenis and you have to keep your thoughts to yourself and do your work. i enjoy the challenges of my work and to do my work on a satisfatory level and to see that my work axtually mean something.

Pros: i have the abbility to help people by invoicing so that they can have a vehicle at the end of the day
Cons: you have to put in long working ours in to insure that your work are kept up to date.

invoicing debtorcontrol stockcontrol i have learnt from beginning to end of the motor sales indestry relationshop with the co workers are great month end crunch

Pros: there is ample opertunity for groth
Cons: strait 8 to 5 job
