Hard working and dedicated

I'm currently permanently employed by Omnia Group, I do enjoy my work as I get to provide support to users via telephone calls or remotely connected. Checking network status on site and logging calls to report it to the service providers. My colleagues are very good people and very friendly as well, which makes working with them to be very easy. I have learned quite a lot from my current job for the last 3 and a half years, such as customer service and to be able to resolve any incident in an acceptable SLA time frame. I have mastered very key skills such as Communication skills, Technical skill just to mention a few. What I enjoy the most is basically providing service of good Quality to a user remotely and making sure all the systems they trying to access they able to access.

Pros: Being given variety of Jobs to do like Desktop Support and Networking Support which helps to broadening ones knowledge and skills
Cons: Working full hours without lunch, Lunch time being spent in the office working.

Good learning curve

- always calm - not strict with deadlines - there is lots of ad hocs than a task list - slow learning curve within current department - learned to adapt to almost all sections within division - current boss is kind and very polite and always willing to assist when asked and always goes extra mile to teach

Mechanical assembly of initiation system (Blasting Box). Wiring Blasting box and soldering Main PCB and Lithium Manager. Verification and Blasting Test. Maintenance of Blasting Box. Accessories assembly and testing; Logger, Smart Line Tester, Box Charger, Line tester, different frequencies Antennas, blasting box charger. Calibrating Line Tester and Smart Line tester PCB’s. Administration for all equipment shipped out and booked in for repairs. Stock control. Dispatch and Packaging. Kitting for Our Printed Circuit Board supplies. Data capturing of Equipment manufactured and booked out to the site. Booking out manufactured components from the system using Microsoft AX.

I have

I work in a dynamic n very supportive payroll team. We hav faces many challenges in the past 3 months which has thought us patience n perseverance. Without a strong support structure and dedication from each team member it would have been nearly impossible to ensure our EEs were paid correctly and timeiously.

Pros: I am confident in my work and outputs.
Cons: There is no room to move within our company.

a typical work day at my office is like any day of school. great learning curve and opportunity working with other people and learning their different culture and behaviour i enjoy the culture and work ethic language barriers
