Hard working

Technical support Identifying hardware and software solutions. Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and repairing faults. Resolving network issues. Installing and configuring hardware and software. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem. Providing timely and accurate customer feedback. Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem. Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved. Replacing or repairing the necessary parts. Supporting the roll-out of new applications. Providing support in the form of procedural documentation. Managing multiple cases at one time. Testing and evaluating new technologies. Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment. .

Working for an IT Company

The working environment is very busy with tight deadlines and pressure of global shortages of IT products especially laptops, servers and printers. My relationship with co-workers is very good and makes the day go by smoothly. I have learnt a lot especially on IT Products and software, in areas of product knowledges, knowing the global players and dynamics of demand and supply of IT Products. The most interesting part of the job is when you are making inquiries and purchases of products that are readily available in stock and also on more researches to have better understanding of functions of some of the products. My most challenging aspects of the job are when dealing with Zimbabwean exports that have a lot of Imports Permits & licensing requirements that continuously change thereby creating challenges in that one ought to be very attentive to make sure you do not stock up items that will have challenges when shipping to clients.

Cons: Too risk as it is too technical with need to pay more attention to detail

Good working curve

Having a good relationship with the collgeues. I have learnt how to create users on a computer. Joining the domains and I've learnt telecommunication skills and how to deal or help the clients. Learnt to be friendly and always willing to help the clients. Know how to deal with unhappy customers and good telephonic skills. I have learnt to direct the calls and do some quotations of the company. Computer literate. Good in office word and excel
