Excellent Learning curve

I have learnt to have tolerance with regards to working with my fellow colleagues . The most challenging aspects of working within a male dominated industry is trying to explain the most simplest or basic information to a male.

Learning new things

Being a security supervisor come with a lot of challenges.having to work under pressure to make sure things run smoothly.the guards are to always be on site.I meet a lot of new people everyday and solve issues.previously worked as an injection moulder and at stores in an engineering company.

Pros: good team members and a chance to grow in the company
Cons: long hours
