I like to learn new this.

Typical work day is very busy. get the teams to the jobs then start processing the day before s documents, then book everything for the next day, then do filing and email in between, answer the phone on the first ring, every time. follow up on teams progress during the day, sort the directors diaries out. do all the bookings, do board reports. Finish all my daily documents. and many more in between's. I get along very well with all my co-workers. An i have learnt a lot as i have never worked in this industry before. I enjoy that only me can do my job, i am in control. the most challenging aspect is keeping my directors and clients happy, and i ace it. Pros: Unfortunately there is no space for growth at my current company.
Cons: I only work Monday to Friday.

Need to grow now

i have a very busy day. only i answer the phone and deal with my own work. the team i work with is awesome. i have learnt a lot about the industry i am in now. i love the type of work i do, even better i am a people's person so i am the only person qualified to do my job. most challenging is my boss and time to get work done.

Pros: i have learnt alot
Cons: no space for growth

Excellent learning

I install new plugs ,doing retrofit,change geyser element and thermostat, fixing stove elements,changing stove plates ,wiring of new lights and new plugs , good working relationship with my colleagues, grinding for electrical pipes and installation of pipes

Pros: Suppose to get my elconop 1 already by now
Cons: Working unpaid overtime

A little bit of Omega Electrical

I love my job, i love what i am doing, i get along with everyone, we all work well together. We have all ages and races working together. The most challenging is the difficult clients, hahaha, i am a peoples person and know how to deal with them and so far it has always worked out for the better. i enjoy it most when things go right. Unfortunately the company is too small for me to be promoted or to have a higher salary to work towards. thus is the only reason i am seeking a better opportunity .

Pros: there is no opportunity to earn more or to be promoted. we are only 2 staff members in the office, with the 2 owners.
Cons: We as the office staff work 7:30 till 17:00. but i am always much earlier at work.
