Strong personality

My typical day at work involves Site inspection and Management on multiple projects, it has taught me to plan better, be more active, adapt to working under pressure to cover up daily tasks on all projects i'm involved in. I have learnt to quit procrastinating as it prevents one from achieving daily productions and missing deadlines. As a Site Manager, you are required to have a strong personality to deal with the daily challenges as the team constantly looks up to you to assist with their short falls, motivating them, mentoring the entry level Technicians and Students. I enjoy working in a team because it helps you to be more open minded and listen to others opinions and suggestions in carrying out daily operations on site. Being a female on the Management team in construction has never been easy, however you learn to adapt and build a strong character to fit in the industry. You are constantly challenged as you have to proof that you are as much cable as the man next to you and even better.

Pros: Becoming the first female site agent in the company
Cons: working on multiple projects has never been easy to carry out all tasks in 8hrs, putting extra hours after work helps to achieve your tasks, I challenge myself, I want to always go an extra mile to discover my breaking point.

My current Job

My Work Experience I like to arrive at the office atleast 15min before I start working to prepare myself, I work better in a controlled environment. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers, not only because it's common courtesy but also because I know I rely on them to get my job done thus I have to be in good terms with them as all times but also address issues I am not happy with. Working here I have learnt to be tough and speak my mind even if I don't feel like it as people tend to overlook you when you are kind and considerate. I enjoy being indoors and outdoors thus this allows me to be practical both on site and also with contractual related matters.

Pros: Great opportunity for professional growth
Cons: No design experience
