Definitely an excellent learning curve

with only 2 people working at our firm its quite challenging at times. you need to be open minded and not think you will work according to a job description. I've learned a lot about the legal industry, and my employer entrusts me with various tasks and this is where i've learnt the most. Most definitely the best employer that i've ever worked for. Typical day, there is no such thing in my field and duties change constantly.

Pros: You get to learn a lot of new things and take ownership of your work
Cons: life is too expensive to earn a small salary unfortunately

Excellent learning curve

There is no such thing as a typical day when you are a p.a to an attorney, you learn new things daily. Most challenging aspect is to keep the boss happy, he is a perfectionist. I love my job 100% but need improvement on my salary.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Salary too low
